No. Participants join via secure invite links on any device. No downloads, no registration.
Can you help prepare the estate inventory?
Yes. Title Catalog provides professional, photography-backed inventories. For Full Service clients, cataloging is included. Self-Serve clients can request cataloging through Title Concierge.
How does Title Catalog integrate?
Catalog builds the inventory record. When ready for division, import the complete record into Allocate with provenance intact.
How are specialist services billed?
Specialist services (cataloging, appraisals, logistics) are coordinated through Title Concierge. You receive a transparent quote before any work begins. A coordination fee is included on the invoice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain full export access for 30 days after cancellation. We never delete your data without explicit permission. Settlement reports remain downloadable indefinitely.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Access is month-to-month. Your data remains exportable at any time.
